Recovery Ride

6:45am - 8:15am

8:30-10:00am

Reserve your weekly spot by registering for your classes on our website. Simply register for an account (verify it when you receive it in your email), then login to our website, Click on sign up for computrainer classes. Click on the event/class you want, log in, click on confirm this event. All classes need to be paid for in advance of your ride. *Please read cancellation policies below.

Training Programs

Exercising metabolic rate     $120.00
Most accurate method for determining how many calories you expend during exercise.
Can be done with different modes of activity (cycling, running, elliptical).
Percentage energy derived from fat and carbohydrate is calculated. Optimal intensity for fat oxidation is calculated.
